4. User-Generated Content (Uploaded Images)

When you upload an image to use the "Virtual Try-On" feature:

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your original image.
  • License: You grant tryvyb.co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, resize, and manipulate the image for the purpose of providing the Virtual Try-On service to you and for the purpose of developing, improving, and training our underlying AI models and services.

  • "As-Is" Performance: You acknowledge that the output generated by these AI models is provided "as-is." tryvyb.co and its AI Providers make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the virtual try-on results.
  • No Liability for AI Errors: To the fullest extent permitted by law, tryvyb.co and its AI Providers shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, glitches, or "hallucinations" (unrealistic visual artifacts) generated by the AI models.
  • Usage Restrictions: Your use of these AI features must also comply with the acceptable use policies of our AI Providers. You agree not to use the AI tools to generate deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual content.

6. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer

  • Virtual Representation: Our AI "Try-On" tool is for entertainment and visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee that the virtual result will be a 100% accurate representation of how an item will fit, look, or drape in real life.
  • Color & Sizing: Variations in screen resolution and AI processing may affect the appearance of colors, textures, and sizes.

7. Shopping & Third-Party Links
